Mental Health in the context of ageing
The Report has had particular relevance to organisations concerned with mental health in the context of ageing. The Council has responded to two major consultations on this topic:
- The Advisory Committee for Genetic Testing: Inquiry on genetic testing for late onset disorders (reported in September 1998)
- The Lord Chancellor’s Department: Who decides? Making decisions on behalf of mentally incapacitated adults
