Education and informing the public

It was generally felt that there is a need for educational resources about animal experimentation compiled by an independent source, so as to assist educators. Currently, dissemination to the wider community both of advances in science and of developments in regulations, is inadequate. The lay members of Ethical Review Boards might be particularly receptive to the results of any contribution made by the Council.
