Changing Minds

The Royal College of Psychiatrists has launched a five-year national Campaign, Changing Minds. Its aims are:

  • to increase public and professional understanding of different mental health problems;
  • to reduce the stigma and discrimination against people suffering from these problems;
  • to close the gap between the different beliefs of healthcare professionals and the public about useful treatments and interventions.
