The consultation paper provides background information and poses a number of questions, including:

  • Is there a need for further regulation of direct-to-consumer DNA profiling or MRI and CT scans?
  • Are the results of commercially available body imaging or genetic profiling scientifically sound?
  • How useful are online health records and information?
  • Are there downsides to telemedicine applications, for example, video-consultations?
