Heidi supports the day-to-day operations of NCOB, improving internal processes and helping the organisation to operate as effectively as possible. Heidi joined the team in 2026 and works across a range of operational activities, ensuring colleagues have the systems and support they need to deliver quality work. She is passionate about fostering a positive and efficient team culture. Prior to NCOB, Heidi worked across operations, people, and training roles in the non-profit sector, helping organisations build effective systems and thriving teams.
